PADDYVAC are looking for reliable and highly motivated HR Vacuum Excavation/Drain-Cleaning Operators to join our family based on the Gold Coast. With over 18 years’ experience in the industry, PADDYVAC continues to be the company of choice with more than 95% utilisation in the last year.

Ideal Candidate:

• Available for immediate start 

• Be responsible for completing vacuum excavation works across South East QLD

• Ensure plant and machinery are in good working condition at all times by performing pre and post trip inspections

• Understand workplace health and safety requirements 

• You will be expected to complete relevant paperwork required 

• Reliable team player who demonstrates commitment to turn up to work

• Show initiative to get in and help on site when required

• Must be able to pass a pre-employment drug / alcohol tests and medicals

• This role is 10% driving and 90% hands on manual work, must be fit and willing to do manual work. Must have Vac Truck Operation experience.

 Must have:

• Min. 1 year experience operating vac trucks

• Minimum current Manual MR/HR Driver's licence with good driving record

• White Card

 Benefits we offer:

• Full time hours offered with penalty rates after 8 hours 

• There are some additional hourly uplifts for certain government projects

• Penalty rates for Saturday, Sunday’s and Public Holidays
