About the Role
Reporting to the Director of Workplace Relations and supported by an experienced Senior HR Consultant, this is an exciting opportunity for an HR professional who enjoys working closely with people and wants to make a genuine impact across the organisation.
This is a part-time role working 3 days per week from the office. It is a broad, hands on HR role where you'll partner with employees and leaders across the business and be involved in all aspects of the employee lifecycle.
You'll be the go to person for day to day HR support while also contributing to projects, process improvements and initiatives that help create a positive and high performing workplace.

Key Responsibilities
Manage the end to end recruitment process to attract and retain talent aligned with our values
Coordinate onboarding and induction programs for new employees
Prepare and maintain accurate employment documentation and employee records
Support performance review and performance management processes
Provide day to day HR advice and support to managers and employees
Coordinate employee engagement and wellbeing initiatives
Review, update and implement HR policies and procedures
Assist with WHS compliance activities and reporting
Coordinate learning and development activities
Contribute to HR projects and continuous improvement initiatives
About You
You'll be someone who:
Enjoys working with people and building strong relationships across all levels of an organisation

Is confident providing practical HR advice and support to managers and employees
Has a strong understanding of the employee lifecycle

To Be Successful You Will Have
Tertiary qualifications in Human Resources or a related discipline
Previous experience in a HR Coordinator, HR Officer or similar role
Sound knowledge of Australian employment legislation and HR best practice
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
The ability to manage competing priorities and work autonomously
Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills
A proactive, solutions focused approach
