- directing and overseeing reservation, reception, room service and housekeeping activities

Task & responsibilities
- Front office and reception duties
- Housekeeping supervision and hands-on cleaning
- Monitoring general maintenance and gardening
- Managing bookings (via a simple, user-friendly system)
- Guest relations and conflict resolution
- Sales, marketing, and business development (particularly in the corporate/trade sectors)
- Maintaining high presentation standards of the property inside and out
Qualification & experience
- Proven experience in a supervisory role within a motel environment- Preferred,
- Diploma in Hospitality
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, manage, and train staff,
- Proficiency in property management systems,
- Confidence in cash handling and processing financial transactions,
- Exceptional ability to build and maintain client relationships,
- Impeccable professionalism, organisation, and time management skills,
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills,
- Keen attention to detail and a commitment to quality,
- Polished personal presentation and grooming standards,
- A valid driver’s license (manual preferred but not essential)
- At least 1 year of relevant experience.
- Australian Work Rights Required.
Availability to work at least 38 hours/week, as this role is a full-time permanent position. Work in person.
