L.F. Catering Pty Ltd T/A Laissez Faire Caterer is a long-established Sydney-based event and catering company providing bespoke catering, venue service and food experiences across weddings, corporate, private and government events.

We are currently seeking a full-time Hospitality Manager for our business located in Alexandria.

Your duties will include:

· Overseeing daily catering and event operations across corporate and private functions.

· Supervision of staff on site for the events you are managing

· Upholding event’s service standards, ensuring they are maintained and enhanced

· Preparation, arrangement and service of all food and beverages for the event and ensure they match our service standards

· Stock control and reports as required

· Constant presence on the event floor during service times to ensure the smooth, professional and efficient control of the event

· Planning and coordinating event logistics and venue requirements.

· Liaising with clients on the day to confirm event details and service expectations.

· Managing supplier relationships and coordinating delivery of food, beverages and equipment.

· Ensuring compliance with food safety, liquor licensing

· Handling customer feedback and resolving service issues promptly.

· Responsible for the implementation and maintenance of systems/procedures pertaining to hygiene excellence standards and ensuring dining facilities comply with Occupation Health and Safety regulations.

In return you will receive:

· Package: $78.000.00 per annum plus superannuation

· Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

· Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
