We are looking for a passionate industry Step Up Leader in our High Care Kitchen department, who is willing and capable of making changes towards continuous improvement, whilst adapting to a growing and evolving organisation.

In this role you will be responsible for:

• Supporting the Team Leader and team members to meet and exceed their performance standards
• Help to deliver exceptional quality and results each day
• Leading by example in following all company procedures, using safe work practices and being results orientated without compromising safety or quality
• Knowledge of machine operations and equipment and willing to learn multiple type of machinery
• Show strong people management skills and openly communication with team members and management

What you need to have:

• Previous experience in a leadership role in a similar food manufacturing factory is highly desirable
• The ability to work under pressure in a high volume, fast paced environment
• Able to liaise with all team members and managers
• Can work in a cold environment
• The ability to work within strict food quality standards and guidelines
• Have a great eye for detail
• Excellent communication skills, literacy and numerical skills

*** The position is permanent FULL TIME Sunday to Wednesday 10pm to 8am***
