The Role
We’re chasing experienced and motivated HD Fitters to join our results-driven workshop team.
You’ll be working on underground mobile machinery rebuilds, helping deliver high-quality work that keeps our customers operating safely and efficiently.
This role suits someone who:

Enjoys fault finding and problem solving

What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out maintenance, diagnostics, and repairs on heavy diesel equipment
Completing machinery rebuilds, overhauls, and component replacements
Working on underground mining equipment to high safety and quality standards
Reading and interpreting service manuals and schematics
Communicating with the team about repairs, performance, and safety matters
Contributing to a productive, positive workshop environment
What We’re Looking For
Essential:
Mechanical Trade Qualification (HD Fitter, Plant Mechanic or Mechanical Fitter)
Minimum 2 years post-trade experience as an HD Fitter
Experience working on underground mechanical equipment
Strong diagnostics and fault-finding ability
Ability to read and interpret schematics and manuals
Current Australian Driver’s Licence
Full Australian working rights
Ability to pass a pre-employment medical
Highly Regarded:
Experience with Sandvik, CAT, Dana, and Kessler equipment
Underground rebuild experience
Strong work ethic and positive attitude
