The Role

This is a high-volume, phone-based role, but we don't do "pressure tactics" or "robotic scripts."

• Needs-Based Selling: You’ll ask smart discovery questions to find out what a customer actually needs before recommending a solution.
• The Cross-Sell Advantage: When you spot a chance to help a customer save on energy, life insurance, or home loans, you make a warm referral to our internal specialists - boosting the customer's savings and your commission.
• Quality First: You’ll break down complex info into plain English and maintain high-quality CRM notes to ensure repeat business.

About You

You are an experienced salesperson who thrives in a target-driven environment but cares about the "how."

• A proven sales track record - ability to hit targets consistently over time
• You are a master of listening, questioning, and objection handling.
• You are resilient, coachable, and show up every day ready to perform.

• To be eligible for this role, you must be an Australian citizen or hold permanent residency.
