Peach Cafe is on the hunt for a Head Chef who lives and breathes good food, great vibes and creative ideas.

Minimum 1-2 years of head chef experience is required.

Australian work rights are required for this position.

We are not looking for boring plates or copy and paste cafe food. We want someone trend focused, passionate and hungry to create menus people actually get excited about.

What you'll be doing

• Leading our kitchen team with energy and confidence
• Creating fresh, fun and trend driven menu items
• Keeping service smooth, organised and high quality
• Managing food costings, ordering and stock control
• Maintaining exceptional hygiene and food safety standards
• Building a positive kitchen culture where the team actually enjoys coming to work

• Minimum 4-5 years of total kitchen experience is required

• Cafe and breakfast cuisine experience is essential

• Food Safety Supervisor certification is required
