About the Role
We’re on the lookout for an Account Manager who thrives on building relationships and delivering high-impact results within the Hardware channel.
You’ll be the trusted link between our client, Bunnings Warehouse and internal teams - driving day-to-day delivery, strengthening key retail partnerships, uncovering growth opportunities and translating insights into action.
This role works closely with leading hardware brands that supply directly into Bunnings Warehouse, making it ideal for someone who understands the pace, complexity and commercial opportunities within the hardware retail environment.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Manage and grow relationships with our key client in the Hardware channel
- Manage leading hardware brands with direct supply into Bunnings Warehouse
- Build and maintain strong working relationships with key stakeholders across Bunnings Warehouse and client teams
- Coordinate day-to-day project and program delivery, including managing lead briefs, forms, and documentation
- Present clear, data-backed insights that guide decision-making
- Identify commercial opportunities through upselling and cross-selling
- Manage budgets, quoting, reconciliation, invoicing and reporting
- Collaborate cross-functionally and foster a high-performing team culture
- Maintain compliance with internal processes and WHS standards
What You Bring

- Proven experience in client management and/or account management
- Exposure within the Hardware environment, with Bunnings Warehouse experience highly regarded
- Strong understanding of the hardware retail landscape, including direct supply models and retail stakeholder management
- Industry knowledge across FMCG, retail, consumer goods, merchandising or field marketing will be highly desirable
- Strong stakeholder engagement skills with the ability to build and grow client relationships
- A strategic, commercial mindset with a flair for problem-solving and opportunity identification
- Financial and data literacy - you know your way around reports and are skilled in analytics and insights generation
- Confident communication, influencing and presentation skills
- Curiosity, initiative, and a drive for results
