About the role

Join the vibrant team at Moe & Co Lidcombe as a Hairdresser. This full-time role is based in our Lidcombe, NSW 2141 salon, offering a variety of hair services to our loyal client base. As a skilled Hairdresser, you will be an integral part of delivering exceptional customer service and creative hair transformations.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing a range of hairstyling, cutting and colouring services to clients

2. Offering personalised hair care advice and recommendations

3. Maintaining a clean and organised workstation

4. Participating in team meetings and training to continuously improve skills

5. Contributing to a positive and collaborative salon environment

What we're looking for

1. Relevant qualifications in Hairdressing or Barbering

2. At least 1-3 years' experience working as a Hairdresser in a salon environment

3. Strong customer service orientation and the ability to build rapport with clients

4. Creative flair and up-to-date knowledge of the latest hair trends and techniques

5. Excellent time management and multitasking abilities

6. Positive, adaptable and team-oriented approach
