As a Hairdresser, you will be responsible for providing a comprehensive range of hair care and styling services. Your core duties will include:

• Consulting with clients to discuss their requirements, preferences, and desired outcomes.
• Cutting, styling, and shaping hair using scissors, clippers, razors, and trimmers.
• Providing advanced chemical treatments, including bleaching, dyeing, tinting, straightening, and permanent waving.
• Washing, conditioning, and applying specialised scalp and hair treatments.
• Styling hair using brushes, combs, rollers, and thermal styling equipment.
• Maintaining strict salon hygiene standards by cleaning work areas, sweeping floors, and sanitising instruments.
• Performing salon management tasks, including scheduling client appointments, processing payments, and monitoring and ordering retail and salon supplies.

Required Qualifications and Experience 

To be considered for this position, applicants must possess:

• A minimum of three (3) years of relevant, full-time experience as a Hairdresser substituting for the formal qualification.
