Task & responsibilities

• Consult with clients and provide advice on hairstyles, grooming, and hair care products

• Perform precision haircuts including fades, tapers, and scissor cuts using clippers, scissors, and razors

• Provide beard and moustache grooming including trimming, shaping, and straight-razor shaving with hot towel services

• Shampoo, condition, and treat hair and scalp to maintain hair health

• Apply hair colouring and chemical treatments according to client needs and standards

• Style and finish hair using professional grooming products

• Maintain hygiene by cleaning and sanitising tools, equipment, and work areas

• Manage appointments and ensure smooth daily client flow

Qualification & experience

Qualifications: Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent qualification

Experience: Minimum 1 year experience in a barber or hairdressing role
