Just Cuts Doncaster is actively seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic hairdresser to become an integral part of our vibrant team. Situated in a bustling suburban salon, we pride ourselves on maintaining a friendly and enjoyable work environment. Our commitment to continuous training and development encompasses all facets of hairdressing.

Tasks:

• Have good conversations with clients to understand what they want for their hair. Give them advice on styles, cuts, and treatments.
• Knowledge of hairdressing & styling products and the ability to use that knowledge to explain the process to clients.
• Use different techniques to cut and style.
• The ability to provide clients with hair services at a high level.
• Keep your work area, tools, and the salon clean and neat. This is important for keeping everything hygienic.
• Make sure appointments are organized. Make it easy for clients to come in and get their hair done.
• Be a good team player. Work with your colleagues to create a happy and positive atmosphere in the salon.
• A social media presence or examples of your work is a bonus.

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Formal qualification in hairdressing (Certificate III in Hairdressing or equivalent).
• Proven experience as a Hairdresser.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
