Hairdresser

Duties and Responsibilities:

· Perform haircuts, colouring, blow-drying, styling, and other hair services according to client needs.

· Provide professional consultation and advice to clients on suitable styles, treatments, and aftercare.

· Stay updated with current hair trends, techniques, and products.

· Maintain cleanliness and organisation of salon workstations, tools, and equipment in line with health and safety standards.

· Manage client bookings and ensure punctuality for appointments.

· Recommend and sell salon products to support client haircare needs.

· Contribute to achieving salon sales and service targets.

· Deliver exceptional customer service to ensure repeat clientele and client satisfaction.

Skills and experience:

· Relevant qualification in Hairdressing

· Minimum 1-2 years of experience as a qualified Hairdresser preferred

· Experience with a wide range of hair types and techniques

· Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

· Ability to work under pressure in bustling environment

· Passion for the trade & drive to enhance your skills
