ABOUT THE JOB

It is the responsibility of this position to manage all email marketing communication, update labels for print following the rebranding marketing strategy, assist with the management of 2 websites and develop and update promotional material for both Hammersley and Tri Nature.  

Website Management

• Creating, editing and publishing content on our website including new products (images and content), blogs, pop ups and promotional banners.

• Maintaining website themes and design layouts in line with promotions and special offers.

• Optimising photography for website and mobile applications.

Marketing Communication

• Design and delivery of marketing communication to all customers through Electronic Direct Mail using Klaviyo.

• Managing all email flows using Klaviyo from website pop ups and purchasing behaviours.

Additional Graphic Design

• Development of marketing material (print & digital) for Tri Nature and Hammersley including; brochures, posters, banners, flyers, walls and POS material for expos and trade shows and Ads (digital). 

• Creating artwork for documents such as information sheets.

• Photography and styling of products for website and lifestyle images for marketing material.

• Update labels for print in line with marketing strategy.

ABOUT YOU

We are seeking a passionate, creative and dedicated Graphic Designer to join our team. You will need the following skills.

• Strong time management skills with an ability to handle multiple projects.

• Graphic design experience.

• Flair and passion for design and email marketing communication.

• Exceptional attention to detail.

• Strong written and verbal communication skills.

• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to take instructions, work autonomously and demonstrate flexibility depending on deadlines.

• Ability to display initiative and provide effective solutions.

QUALIFICATIONS AND KNOWLEDGE

• Tertiary qualifications in Graphic Design, Visual Communications and/or Marketing

• Previous experience in managing website content, EDM management, labels for print, and graphic design for promotional and marketing projects is considered an advantage.

• Understanding of the digital environment and technical knowledge regarding digital marketing is considered an advantage.

• Proficient in the use of Adobe Creative Design Suite (InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator).

• Proficient in the use of Klaviyo is considered and advantage.

• Experience with Shopify is considered an advantage.

• Experience with digital media management including Google and Meta Ads is considered an advantage.
