We are currently seeking a Graduate Diploma Qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) who is passionate about early childhood education and committed to delivering high-quality learning experiences. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting children’s development and fostering a positive and collaborative team culture within our centre.

Your Role

As an Early Childhood Teacher, you will play an important role in supporting children’s learning and development by:

• Delivering educational programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)

• Creating a nurturing, inclusive, and engaging learning environment for children

• Building strong relationships with children, families, and team members

• Contributing to curriculum planning, observations, documentation, and assessment

• Supporting centre activities, events, and continuous improvement initiatives

• Ensuring compliance with National Quality Framework (NQF) and centre policies

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate Diploma in Early Childhood Education or an ACECQA-approved equivalent qualification

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an Early Childhood Teacher (preferred)

• Ability to work 5 days per week, including centre opening and closing shifts (initially may start with 3–4 days as occupancy grows)

• Passion for delivering high-quality early childhood education and care

• Strong teamwork and communication skills

Essential Certifications

• Valid Working with Children Check (WWCC – VIC)

• Current First Aid, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis training (ACECQA approved)

• Child Protection Training

• Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, growth-oriented mindset

• Genuine passion for supporting children’s learning and development
