The Role
As a Graduate Civil Engineer, you will join a highly skilled and collaborative team, contributing to the delivery of high-quality engineering solutions for a diverse portfolio of clients. You will gain hands-on experience across a variety of projects in both the public and private sectors, working in a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Through our structured Graduate Program, you will receive ongoing mentorship from experienced engineers, technicians, and draftspersons, providing you with a strong foundation to develop your technical and professional skills.
About You
This role can be based in Brisbane or Toowoomba. To be successful in this role, you will have:
A tertiary qualification in Civil Engineering (or nearing completion of a tertiary qualification)
Strong written and verbal communication skills
A commitment to personal and team development
Proficiency in AutoCAD and Microsoft Office
Exposure to project management software (desirable but not essential)
A current Open Driver’s Licence
A Construction Induction Card (White Card)
You will also demonstrate strong organisational and time management skills, a curious and proactive mindset, and a willingness to learn and grow within the industry.
