Black Cat Syndicate Limited is a rapidly growing Western Australian gold producer, with strong production from our high‑grade Kal East and Paulsens operations, a robust project pipeline, and expanding exploration activity across our tenement portfolio.

Due to continued growth across the Goldfields, Pilbara and Kimberley regions, we are seeking motivated Exploration & Geology Technicians to join our team.

About the Opportunity

Reporting to the Field Coordinator, the Exploration & Geology Technicians play a key role in supporting both exploration programs and open pit/underground mining operations.

These roles offer a diverse range of field and core yard activities, contributing to high-quality geological data collection and efficient site operations and exploration projects.

Key Responsibilities include:

• Grade control preparation and sample collection

• Diamond core processing including orientation, metre marking, cutting and sampling

• Logging support including core and RC chip handling

• Photographing diamond core and RC samples to company standards

• Assisting Geologists with mapping, sampling and drilling programs

• Maintaining accurate records and data entry

• Supporting geology activities as required

 About You

• Previous experience in exploration, open pit and/or underground environments

• Strong interest in geology and field-based work

• Sound computer skills including Microsoft Office

• Current WA "C" Class Manual Driver’s Licence

• First Aid Certificate (or willingness to obtain)

• Forklift licence and/or IT skills highly regarded

• Strong work ethic, reliability and commitment to safety
