Responsibilities will include:
Team Leadership: Supervise staff to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional customer service at all times.
Culture Ambassadorship: Model and promote the venue’s core values, including surprising and delighting customers, being a team player, and maintaining a strong ‘can‑do’ attitude.
Training & Development: Provide ongoing coaching, training, and performance feedback to support staff development and capability.
Operational Oversight: Oversee daily venue operations, ensuring accurate completion of shift reports, incident documentation, and operational logs.
Compliance Management: Ensure all compliance requirements and operational procedures—including clearance processes—are completed correctly and consistently.
Floor Management: Manage and delegate floor call times, identify potential escalations, and respond appropriately to resolve issues.
Conflict Resolution: Address and resolve conflicts promptly and professionally, maintaining a positive environment for both customers and staff.
Workplace Culture: Foster a collaborative environment that encourages teamwork, recognition, mutual respect, and high employee satisfaction.
Safety Stewardship: Maintain and promote a safe working environment for all staff and customers.
Essential Criteria:
Demonstrated leadership experience in the hospitality industry
Strong knowledge of Gaming and relevant legislation
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Problem-solving and conflict resolution skills
Ability to manage competing priorities and supervise a team in a fast-paced environment
Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
Valid NSW Competency Card
A flexible approach to a varied roster; across days, nights and weekends
Immaculate personal presentation and grooming
