YOUR ROLE
We are looking for a Game Master who can deliver Zero Latency’s world leading experience with great energy and professionalism.
-Game Masters will guide customers through Zero Latency’s world leading experience with great energy and professionalism. You will oversee player safety briefings and run game sessions. Your priority is ensuring player safety and delivering high-end customer experiences.
Responsibilities include:
Customer greeting, check-in, suit-up and suit-down
Presenting the player safety briefing
Managing in-game sessions and ensuring player safety
Identifying, troubleshooting, and recording technical issues
Maintenance of Virtual Reality equipment
Supporting the Operations Manager
Selling merchandise, Booking sessions
Assisting with store presentation and cleaning
WHO YOU ARE
2+ years of customer experience in the entertainment/hospitality industry
Ability to manage overexcited customers
Comfortable managing high-pressure situations, with the ability to actively and quickly resolve potential issues while keeping customers engaged
Strong and engaging oral presentation skills
Experience working in small and large teams
Demonstrated patience and understanding when managing customers
Taking accountability for your work and decisions
A passion for VR, gaming and technology
Must be reliable and have a good attention to detail.
Hours can be neg.
You must be reliable, punctual and well-presented with the ability to prioritise tasks and work in a team.
*Not suitable for high school students as roster requires some weekday work
WORKING HOURS
We are looking for a Game Master to join our expanding team on a Part time basis, MUST be available to work Saturdays once trained and available to work school holidays, other weekdays by Roster. Extra shifts are also available over school holidays. Training will be conducted during weekdays.
