Task & responsibilities

Your primary responsibilities will include:

• Plan, organize, and oversee events and functions, ensuring smooth execution.
• Coordinate with clients to understand event requirements and preferences.
• Manage event logistics, including catering, decorations, and seating arrangements.
• Supervise event staff to ensure excellent service delivery.
• Handle any last-minute changes or issues during events.
• Oversee the front desk and ensure efficient guest check-ins and check-outs.
• Manage incoming calls, emails, and inquiries, providing professional responses.
• Maintain a welcoming and professional atmosphere in the reception area.
• Handle guest complaints or special requests with prompt resolution.
• Ensure proper scheduling of reception staff for optimal coverage

This position reports to the Executive Chef.

Qualification & experience

The ideal candidate will possess the following attributes:

• An Advanced Diploma or Diploma in Hospitality Management or similar
• Minimum of 1 years of experience in a similar position 
• Possess proven commercial and organisational skills
• Have excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
