We are currently looking for a Full-Time Quality Manager to help ensure compliance with the NDIS Practice Standards, NDIS Quality Indicators, and Inclusive Employment Australia (IEA) requirements through a structured, education-driven approach. This role ensures the organisation always maintains audit readiness, by embedding compliance into everyday practice via targeted training, coaching, and continuous improvement systems.
This role includes:
Lead and maintain a Quality Management System aligned with NDIS Practice Standards and IEA requirements
Drive audit readiness through internal audits, mock audits, file reviews, and staff coaching
Coordinate external audits, including preparation, evidence collation, and staff briefing
Develop and deliver compliance training to build workforce capability in NDIS standards, documentation, and audit evidence
Oversee risk, incident, and complaints systems in line with NDIS safeguarding requirements
Ensure reportable incidents are identified, managed, and notified appropriately
Monitor compliance data, audit outcomes, incidents, and feedback to identify trends and improvement opportunities
Lead continuous improvement initiatives and ensure actions are documented, implemented, and evaluated
Ensure policies, procedures, and documentation align with legislation, NDIS standards, and best practice
Maintain training, competency, and compliance records in an audit-ready state
Embed a strong documentation and evidence-based practice culture across the organisation
Integrate Workplace Health & Safety (WHS) into compliance systems, training, and audit readiness
Skills and Experience
NDIS Worker Screening Card and Blue Card
Car and Drivers Licence
First Aid and CPR
Proven experience in NDIS compliance, quality, or audit roles
Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Quality Indicators, and safeguarding requirements
Experience leading audits (certification, surveillance, verification)
Expertise in developing training programs and building workforce capability
Excellent analytical skills with the ability to translate data into improvement actions
Strong leadership and stakeholder engagement skills
