We are seeking a skilled and passionate Chef to join our team at Wild Timor Coffee Co in Coburg.

Task & responsibilities
- Menu planning, estimating food and labour costs.
- Preparing and cooking menu items.
- Training and supervision of apprentices and less experienced staff.
- Adhering to, explaining and enforcing of hygiene regulations.
- Monitoring quality of dishes at all stages of preparation and presentation.
- Delegation of tasks to other team members.
- Supervise Cooks and assist as needed.
- Monitor food stock and place orders.
Qualification & experience
- Qualifications in Commercial Cookery (Cert IV or higher)
- Minimum 1–2 years’ experience as a Chef in a café or restaurant environment
