Are you a proactive professional who loves the energy of a front facing role but has a sharp eye for the details of payroll and administration? We are a leading Australian business experiencing exciting growth, and we’re looking for a versatile Front Office & Payroll Administrator to become the heartbeat of our newly renovated Head Office.

This isn’t your typical reception desk. You’ll be the first point of contact for our brand, while simultaneously playing a critical role in our back end operations by coordinating essential payroll and onboarding workflows.

The Role
In this dual impact position, you will balance high level hospitality with meticulous administrative support. You will work closely with management to ensure our people are looked after from their very first day.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Front of House Excellence: Greet visitors with a positive attitude, manage incoming calls, and maintain a welcoming environment (including kitchen and stationery management).
  • End to End Payroll Support: Assist with weekly & fortnightly payroll processing, resolve pay queries, and ensure all staff are paid accurately and on time.
  • Onboarding & Compliance: Facilitate the onboarding process for new hires, ensuring all employee records are accurate and compliant within our ERP system.
  • Time & Attendance: Review and approve digital timesheets, cross referencing clock-in/out data to maintain integrity.
  • Roster Coordination: Assist in the creation and management of monthly rosters for our national retail network.
  • Systems Management: Maintain high standards of data entry and administration within our ERP and Microsoft Office suites.
