Royce Hotel is seeking a motivated, experienced Front Office /Operations Manager to oversee daily guest service operations and ensure a seamless guest experience.
Reporting to senior management, the successful candidate will supervise front office operations, coordinate service teams, and maintain operational standards across guest-facing departments.
This role requires strong hospitality experience, leadership ability, and a commitment to delivering exceptional guest service.

Task & responsibilities
- Supervise front desk and guest services operations, including check-in and check-out procedures
- Ensure high standards of customer service are maintained across all guest interactions
- Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally
- Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure smooth hotel operations
- Monitor daily operational activities to ensure efficient service delivery
- Assist with reservations, guest billing, and front office administrative tasks
- Support recruitment, training, and supervision of front office and service staff
- Ensure compliance with hotel policies, health and safety regulations, and service standards
- Prepare operational reports relating to guest services and occupancy activities
Qualification & experience
- Diploma or qualification in Hospitality Management, Tourism, or related field (preferred), or
- At least 2–3 years of relevant full-time experience in hotel guest services or front office supervision
- Experience in hotel front office operations or guest services supervision
- Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to supervise and coordinate hospitality staff
- Strong organisational and time-management skills
- Familiarity with hotel reservation systems and front office procedures
