About the role

We are searching for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Front of House / Barista to join our team at the yard cafe and wine bar in Gunnedah, NSW. In this casual position, you will be responsible for providing exceptional front-of-house service and barista-crafted coffee to our valued customers.

What you'll be doing

• Welcoming and serving customers in a warm and friendly manner

• Preparing and serving high-quality coffee and other beverages

• Assisting with food service, including taking orders and delivering meals

• Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area

• Providing excellent customer service and resolving any customer inquiries or concerns

• Adhering to all health, safety and food hygiene standards

What we're looking for

• Previous experience in a customer service or hospitality role

• Strong barista skills and the ability to prepare consistently high-quality coffee

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• A friendly, energetic and professional demeanor

• The ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment

• A keen eye for detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and organisation
