We're looking for reliable forklift operators who aren't afraid to get hands on. This is a varied all rounder role in a busy warehouse where you'll be on the forklift as well as helping with picking, loading, and general warehouse duties.

You'll work across two sites and be part of a growing operation, so being flexible and willing to jump in where needed is key.

Location: Truganina, VIC
Pay Rate: $37-$38 per hour
Hours: Monday - Friday | 6:00am - 4:00pm (occasional Saturdays)

Key Responsibilities

• Operating counterbalance forklifts (GAS) safely and efficiently
• Picking and preparing customer orders
• Assisting with stocktakes and inventory management
• Loading and unloading containers and delivery trucks
• Handling specialised products including modular components, flooring, and ceilings
• Working across two warehouse sites as required
• Completing basic warehouse administration tasks
• Maintaining a clean, safe, and organised workspace
• Supporting general warehouse and logistics operations as needed

About You

• Proven experience operating a counterbalance forklift
• Current forklift licence (LF)
• Physically fit and capable of manual handling duties
• Ability to pass both a forklift assessment and a physical assessment
• Strong work ethic with a flexible, all rounder attitude
• Reliable transport and availability for occasional Saturday work
• Adaptable and willing to learn in a changing environment
