Due to significant business growth, we are seeking experienced and motivated First Aid Trainers & Assessors to join our team on a contractor basis at our Coopers Plains training facility.

About the Role

This is an excellent opportunity for industry professionals to leverage their practical experience in delivering and assessing nationally recognised First Aid training in the high-risk and safety sector.

Courses currently on scope:

• HLTAID009 – Provide Cardiopulmonary Resuscitation

• HLTAID011 – Provide First Aid

• HLTAID012 – Provide First Aid in an Education and Care Setting

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need to demonstrate:

• Relevant First Aid qualifications (as listed above)

• A minimum of 2–3 years’ industry experience, with the ability to demonstrate current vocational competency

• Certificate IV in Training and Assessment (TAE40116 or TAE40122)

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• A professional, engaging, and student-focused approach

• A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
