Open Sky Disability Services is seeking a Female Hybrid Team Leader to support daily operations and provide direct participant support within a Supported Independent Living home in South Guildford.

Requirements:

• Female applicants only, due to participant care needs and privacy requirements

• Experience in disability support or SIL environment

• Leadership or team leader experience preferred

• Certificate III or IV in Individual Support, Disability, Community Services, or similar preferred

• NDIS Worker Screening Check

• First Aid and CPR

• Manual Handling certificate valid within 1 year

• Medication competency

• Valid driver’s licence and reliable vehicle

• Full working rights in Australia
