Key Tasks and Responsibilities: 

• Manage and support incoming referrals, inquires and admission appointments 
• Respond to enquires in a timely manner, ensuring potential clients receive clear and relevant information to assist in their decision-making 
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with potential customers along with tours of our sites
• Guide customers and their families through the admissions process with a strong focus on customer service, ensuring a positive first experience with residential aged care at our facilities
• Facilitate a streamlined and responsive admission process, ensuring all documentation is prepared and reviewed promptly
• Provide information on our services, processes and available support
• Manage interpreting services for clients who require language support
• Attend relevant team and admission meetings, providing contributions to service coordination
• Prepare weekly reports on residential waiting lists for consideration by management 
• Ensure familiarity with different funding sources and conditions of funding and any changes regarding these funding sources and conditions
• Foster, develop and sustain community links through participation in our public relations 

Professional Qualifications, Experience and Skills

• Relevant qualification in community and family services 
• High-level customer service and client engagement skills, with the ability to build rapport and guide clients through the admissions process
• Experience in customer service, sales, or client relationship management, with a focus on service uptake and growth
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal 
• A high level of time management and organisational skills 
• Excellent attention to detail and demonstrated knowledge of aged care services and legislation
