About the Role:
Borg is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and performance of a large property portfolio.
Based onsite in Somersby, this is a hands-on role responsible for keeping our facilities running efficiently and safely. You will manage maintenance schedules, contractors, and procurement, while building strong relationships across the business.
This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage maintenance across a large multi-site property portfolio
Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules
Oversee contractors, suppliers and service providers
Manage procurement, including sourcing and negotiating contracts
Monitor costs, asset performance and service delivery
Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
Who You Are:
Experience in facilities, asset or property maintenance management
Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities and schedules
Strong skills in procurement and contract negotiation
Confident communicator who can work across all levels
Comfortable using systems and technology
Organised, proactive and hands-on in your approach
