About the Role:

Borg is looking for an experienced Facilities Manager to oversee the maintenance and performance of a large property portfolio.

Based onsite in Somersby, this is a hands-on role responsible for keeping our facilities running efficiently and safely. You will manage maintenance schedules, contractors, and procurement, while building strong relationships across the business.

This is a great opportunity for someone who is organised, proactive and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage maintenance across a large multi-site property portfolio

• Plan and coordinate preventative maintenance schedules

• Oversee contractors, suppliers and service providers

• Manage procurement, including sourcing and negotiating contracts

• Monitor costs, asset performance and service delivery

• Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies

Who You Are:

• Experience in facilities, asset or property maintenance management

• Ability to manage multiple sites, priorities and schedules

• Strong skills in procurement and contract negotiation

• Confident communicator who can work across all levels

• Comfortable using systems and technology

• Organised, proactive and hands-on in your approach
