Your new role
As the Facilities Coordinator, you'll play a key role in ensuring the safe, compliant, and efficient operation of the site. You'll coordinate maintenance activities, manage contractors, oversee work orders, and conduct regular inspections to maintain a high‑performing facility
Role is full-time Hours, Mon-Fri
Key duties include:
- Coordinating all contractor activities, including scheduling, inductions, permits, and on‑site supervision
- Managing planned and reactive maintenance
- Creating, assigning, and closing work orders
- Ensuring accurate asset data, maintenance records, and compliance documentation
- Supporting compliance activities, audits, and regulatory requirements
- Monitoring contractor performance and ensuring adherence to safety and operational standards
- Assisting with procurement, invoicing, and facilities reporting
What you'll need to succeed
- Experience in Facilities/ Maintenance Coordination or similar
- Strong understanding of maintenance processes, building services, and contractor management
- Experience using Work Order Management Systems
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to build strong relationships with contractors and internal teams
- High attention to detail, strong organisational skills, and the ability to prioritise in a fast‑paced environment
