About the Role
As our External Sales Representative, you’ll take ownership of a diverse and exciting customer portfolio across:
· OEM manufacturers
· Caravan dealers
· Service and repair agents
· Parts and accessories aftermarket
In this role you will combine strategic account management with new business development and collaborate strongly with our NSW internal sales team.
You’ll spend time on the road visiting customers across metropolitan and regional NSW, building trusted relationships, identifying opportunities, supporting product launches, and helping customers grow their businesses with CTCRV solutions.
What You’ll Be Doing
Driving sales growth across all assigned channels and regions
Building and strengthening long-term customer partnerships
Identifying and securing new business opportunities
Supporting product launches, trade shows and promotional activities
Delivering product knowledge, training and technical support
Collaborating closely with internal teams to ensure outstanding customer service
Maintaining CRM activity and provide market insights and sales reporting
Managing key accounts with a strong focus on relationship development and territory growth
What We’re Looking For
You’re someone who brings energy, initiative and a customer-first mindset.
You’ll ideally have:
· Proven external sales experience
· Experience in caravan/RV, automotive, recreational or related industries
· Strong relationship-building and negotiation skills
· Ability to work autonomously across a large territory
· A proactive, results-driven attitude
· Technical aptitude and confidence presenting product solutions
· Experience using CRM systems such as Salesforce
· A current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
