About the Role

This is not just supervision—we're focused on quality practice.

You'll be trusted to:

• Support and lead groups of children with confidence

• Deliver engaging, play-based programs

• Build strong, consistent relationships with children and families

• Contribute to a team culture built on accountability and collaboration

Educators with Responsible Person experience will be highly valued and supported to take on leadership responsibilities within the program.

What We're Looking For

This role is best suited to educators who:

• Possess a minimum of 1 year of OSHC or school-aged care experience

• Are confident guiding children's behaviour and group dynamics

• Can step into a Responsible Person role when required

• Value consistency, teamwork, and professional standards

• Are reliable and take pride in their work

Requirements:

• Certificate III or higher (or working towards) or ACECQA equivalent

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis

• Valid Blue Card

• Valid work authorisation to work in Australia
