About the role

As the Executive Housekeeper/Housekeeping Manager at Supreme Hospitality Services', you will play a vital role in maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and organisation across our prestigious Sydney CBD hotels. What you'll be doing

1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the housekeeping department, including scheduling, training, and supervising staff

2. Develop and implement efficient cleaning procedures and quality control measures to ensure consistent service delivery

3. Manage the procurement, inventory, and distribution of housekeeping supplies and equipment

4. Collaborate with other departments to address guest concerns and maintain hotel presentation standards

5. Prepare and submit detailed reports on department performance, budgets, and staffing

6. Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar executive housekeeper or housekeeping manager role within the hospitality industry

2. Thorough understanding of housekeeping operations, budgeting, and inventory management

3. Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills

4. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality service

5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and experience with housekeeping management software
