We are seeking a highly organised and professional Executive Assistant to provide high-level administrative, executive, and governance support to the CEO, Executive Team, and Board. This position is being offered on a six-month Fixed Term Part Time basis (50 hours per fortnight) with possibility of extension, located in our head office in Belmont.

This role plays a key part in:

  • Coordinating strategic and operational priorities
  • Supporting governance and compliance processes
  • Managing executive workflows and communications
  • Facilitating effective decision-making and organisational alignment

The position acts as a central liaison between leadership, stakeholders, and operational teams.

Key responsibilities

  • Provide high-level support to CEO, Executives & Board including emails, diary management, etc.
  • Act as a central liaison between executives, Board members, staff and External Stakeholders
  • Manage confidential, sensitive and complex information whilst maintaining high level of confidentiality
  • Prepare briefings, reports, submissions and board papers
  • Coordinate and align executive priorities and deadlines, tracking key actions, deliverables and follow-ups.
  • Coordinate Board and committee meetings including collating Board and Governance Committee Packs.
  • Prepare agendas, minutes and governance documentation
  • Ensure compliance with governance frameworks and deadlines
  • Prioritise competing demands with minimal direction

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience in an Executive Assistant or senior administrative role (supporting senior leaders or Board level preferred)
  • Strong organisational and time management skills
  • High attention to detail and ability to manage competing priorities
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Demonstrated discretion and ability to handle confidential information
  • Experience supporting governance processes (Board/committee support highly regarded)
  • A proactive and solutions-focused approach
