As a Consultant, you’ll be speaking with prospects who’ve downloaded our eBooks or registered for our Masterclass. Your mission? Drive high-quality strategy sessions by building trust fast and creating urgency around the opportunity. You won’t be chasing leads — you’ll be creating value from the first call.

🎯 What You’ll Be Doing

• Speak with warm, marketing-generated leads (no cold calling)

• Build trust quickly and drive booked Discovery Sessions with our senior team

• Follow a proven structure to hit clear daily KPIs

• Apply feedback fast, execute consistently, and show up sharp

• Bring energy, professionalism, and ownership to every interaction

💰 What’s On Offer

We provide the tools — you bring the drive.

• $60K–$80K base salary, depending on experience

• OTE of $120K–$160K with uncapped commissions

• Full-time, in-office, Monday to Friday (Note: Exact location will be shared with shortlisted candidates)

• Elite daily training, coaching, and feedback

• Career pathway into Specialist or Leadership roles within 12–24 months
