The Role   
Based on site in North Sydney, you’ll work closely with internal teams, medical device sales professionals, healthcare professionals, and clinicians across Australia, supporting the fast turnaround and repair coordination of critical medical equipment while gaining valuable exposure to the fast-paced MedTech industry.

This role is offered as an initial 12-month contract with strong potential for permanent employment based on performance and team fit.    
Key Responsibilities:

  • Be the main point of contact for hospitals, medical device sales teams, and other stakeholders throughout the medical equipment repair process.
  • Work cross-functionally with internal teams to deliver a high level of customer service and support.  
  • Develop an in-depth understanding of products and repair processes, including the varying levels of urgency and clinical importance.
  • Maintain accurate records, service reports, and documentation.
  • Proactively problem-solve to deliver timely and effective solutions for customers. 
  • Full-time, on-site position based in North Sydney, Monday to Friday.  
About You 
  • Graduates from Biomedical Engineering, Medical Science, Health Science, or related disciplines are highly encouraged to apply.
  • Previous experience in customer service within healthcare, retail, hospitality, or administration environments is highly regarded.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within a team environment.
  • Highly organised with a strong attention to detail.
  • Available to work full-time, Monday to Friday. 
  • Must be an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident of Australia.
