Position Title: Enterprise Solutions Manager
Reports to: General Manager, Partnerships
Position Purpose: Help Shape the Future of AI & Digital Transformation.
The Enterprise Solutions Manager is responsible for driving AXi’s enterprise sales growth by identifying, developing, and converting high-value opportunities. This role is a strategic growth-focused opportunity suited to a commercially driven hunter who thrives on opening doors, creating opportunities and building new enterprise relationships from the ground up.
\You will be responsible for identifying, engaging and converting new enterprise clients across target industries, while building a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities. Success in this role will come from your ability to proactively generate conversations, navigate complex stakeholder environments and position Academy Xi as a trusted transformation partner.
While the role includes relationship management responsibilities, the primary focus is on winning new business. Ongoing account growth and partnership management will apply primarily to the clients and opportunities you bring into the business.
This role plays a critical part in expanding Academy Xi’s enterprise footprint, increasing market share and driving long-term commercial growth.

Key Responsibilities:
Business Development & Pipeline Management
Proactively source and generate new enterprise opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals and strategic market engagement
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified enterprise opportunities across target sectors
Drive consistent outbound activity across calls, email outreach, LinkedIn engagement, events and relationship-building initiatives
Identify, engage and develop relationships with senior decision-makers and C-level stakeholders
Develop strategic account entry plans to open doors within target organisations
Represent Academy Xi at conferences, networking events and industry engagements to drive brand visibility and lead generation
Maintain accurate pipeline forecasting, CRM management and sales reporting
Enterprise Sales & Strategic Engagement
Lead high-value discovery conversations to uncover business challenges and transformation opportunities
Scope, develop and present tailored enterprise solutions, tenders and proposals
Navigate complex buying environments and multi-stakeholder sales cycles
Lead commercial negotiations and close strategic enterprise opportunities
Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure successful transition from sale to delivery
Account growth and Account Expansion
Build long-term relationships with enterprise clients acquired through new business activity
Identify opportunities for account growth, cross-sell and expanded engagement
Maintain strong executive relationships to support retention and long-term partnership success
Collaboration & Reporting
Work closely with marketing to align campaigns with lead generation and nurturing strategies.
Partner with product and service delivery teams to ensure solutions meet evolving market demands.
Track, analyse, and report on sales metrics, pipeline progress, and revenue forecasts.
Key Skills & Experience
Proven success in enterprise business development, strategic sales or complex solution selling
Strong track record of proactively sourcing and closing new business opportunities
Demonstrated ability to build pipeline through outbound activity and strategic prospecting
Experience engaging senior executives and navigating complex enterprise sales cycles
Exceptional communication, presentation and negotiation skills
Highly proactive, commercially minded and self-motivated
Comfortable operating in fast-paced, target-driven environments
Strong CRM discipline and pipeline management capability
Success Measures
Achieving and exceeding quarterly and annual sales targets.
