A rare executive opportunity exists to join a growing healthcare group entering its next phase of scale, operational maturity and technology-enabled transformation. Reporting directly to the CEO and operating as part of the Executive Leadership Team, this role is suited to a commercially minded, people-oriented leader who excels at translating strategy into execution while helping organisations adopt new ways of working through technology and AI enablement. 
  
This is not a traditional strategy role. The direction is established — the focus is on delivery, organisational capability and helping the business scale effectively through its next stage of growth. 
  
Operating in a hands-on, fast-moving environment, you will work closely with executive leaders to drive key initiatives, strengthen operational capability and embed scalable frameworks, governance and operating disciplines across the organisation. A key priority will be leading the implementation of the organisation’s emerging AI program, identifying practical opportunities to improve efficiency, decision-making, workflow optimisation and organisational capability through technology adoption. 
  
The role will suit someone who can balance strategic thinking with practical execution while working collaboratively across a complex and evolving environment. While not a deeply technical role, exposure to technology-enabled transformation, digital implementation or AI-related initiatives will be essential, together with the ability to guide executive stakeholders through change, adoption and organisational uplift. 
  
About You 
You are an adaptable and commercially astute executive with experience leading transformation, execution and organisational change within complex or growth-oriented environments. You bring a collaborative, emotionally intelligent leadership style and exposure to technology-driven business improvement initiatives, ideally including AI implementation, digital transformation or operational technology integration. 
  
Comfortable navigating ambiguity and influencing across functions, you build momentum through relationships rather than hierarchy. A pragmatic, hands-on approach combined with strong commercial judgement will be essential. Experience within healthcare, consulting, professional services or other service-based growth environments will be highly regarded. Most importantly, you are someone who leads with humility, builds trust quickly, and brings people on the journey.
