Help shape the future workforce of the insurance building and restoration industry.

SheBuild is growing and we are looking for a passionate, connected and proactive professional to help drive the next stage of our cadetship and industry training pathway initiatives across Australia.

This role is focused on building meaningful partnerships between industry, education and workforce development sectors to support long-term growth within the insurance building and restoration industry.

You will work alongside TAFEs, universities, RTOs, government bodies and industry stakeholders to help create real-world pathways into the sector through the SheBuild Project Coordinator Cadet pathway and SheBuild Foundations training programs.

This is an exciting opportunity for someone who understands workforce development, education engagement, grants and stakeholder relationships and wants to make a genuine impact in an industry experiencing significant growth.

About the Role

Key responsibilities include:

• Building and maintaining partnerships with TAFEs, universities, RTOs and training organisations

• Identifying and applying for government grants and workforce funding opportunities

• Supporting the growth and promotion of the SheBuild Cadet Pathway program

• Assisting with education and workforce pathway initiatives

• Engaging with industry employers and stakeholders

• Supporting regional and national workforce development opportunities

• Coordinating partnership opportunities, events and promotional initiatives

• Assisting in positioning SheBuild as a leader in operational training and industry pathways within insurance building and restoration

About You

We are looking for someone with experience in areas such as:

• Workforce development

• Industry engagement

• Government grants or funding applications

• Education partnerships

• Training and employment pathways

• Stakeholder relationship management

• Business development within education or training sectors

Highly regarded backgrounds include:

• TAFE or university partnership roles

• RTO business development

• Apprenticeship or traineeship programs

• Government training or skills sectors

• Employment services or workforce programs

• Grant coordination or submissions

You do not need experience in insurance building specifically , we can teach the industry. We are looking for someone who understands how to connect education, workforce development and industry together.
