Tradewind Australia is partnering with a reputable Not For Profit to recruit Early Years Specialists to support children with developmental delays or disabilities and their families through early intervention supports.
This is a community-based early intervention role focused on delivering strengths-based, family-centred supports in line with best practice early childhood intervention frameworks.
About the RoleAs an Early Years Specialist, you will work directly with young children and their families to deliver early childhood supports that build capability, improve developmental outcomes, and support participation in everyday environments.
Working within a multidisciplinary team, you will provide assessment, intervention and family-centred support across home, childcare and community settings.
