We are not simply looking for someone to fill a position.
We are looking for the right human to join our community.
At Natural Elements, we believe childhood should feel slow, connected, joyful and meaningful. We believe in muddy feet, real relationships, long conversations, community connection, emotional safety and creating the kind of environments where both children and adults can thrive.
Nestled in our beautiful beachside community of Pottsville, our service is filled with warmth, nature, creativity and heart, and we are seeking an incredible Early Childhood Teacher to help lead and shape this vision alongside us.
We are open to speaking with:

• Educators who are 50% or more through their Bachelor qualification
• Experienced leaders seeking their next opportunity
• Part-time and full-time applicants

We would love to welcome an ECT who brings calm, intention and strong leadership into our service. Someone who can hold high standards while also nurturing people. Someone who sees the magic in childhood and wants to help create beautiful everyday moments for children and families.
At Natural Elements, you will be supported by a leadership team that deeply values its people. We know that when educators feel seen, supported and inspired, children thrive too.
