We’re looking for a passionate ECT to lead our 4-year-old kindergarten program and help us continue delivering meaningful, play-based learning experiences that connect children to their community and the world around them.

Your role

As our ECT, you will:

• Lead and deliver a high-quality Kindergarten program aligned with the EYLF and Queensland Kindergarten Guidelines

• Design and implement engaging, play-based learning experiences

• Foster strong, respectful relationships with children, families, and the community

• Contribute to a positive team culture and mentor educators where needed

• Support continuous improvement and quality practice across the service

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor of Early Childhood Education (or ACECQA-approved equivalent)

• Current QLD Blue Card

• First Aid, CPR, Asthma & Anaphylaxis certification

• Teacher Registration (preferred but not essential)

• Strong communication and leadership capability

• A genuine passion for play-based learning and community connection
