We are seeking a passionate and qualified Early Childhood Teacher (ECT) to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering high-quality educational programs that support children’s learning and development.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan and implement developmentally appropriate programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF).
• Observe, assess, and document children’s learning and progress.
• Create a safe, inclusive, and engaging learning environment.
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and colleagues.
• Work collaboratively with the team to maintain compliance with the Australian Children's Education & Care Quality Authority (ACECQA) and the **National Quality Framework (NQF).
• Contribute to continuous improvement of the centre’s educational practices.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or equivalent qualification.
• Qualification recognised by ACECQA.
• Experience working in early childhood education and care settings.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Current Working With Children Check (WWCC) or ability to obtain one.
• Current First Aid, CPR, and Child Protection training (or willingness to obtain).
