We are seeking two qualified Early Childhood Teachers to join our team on a full-time basis. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing educational programs that support children's learning and development in accordance with the ELYF framework.

Task & responsibilities

• Developing and implementing play-based learning programs aligned with the EYLF and NQS
• Observe, assess, and document children's learning and development
• Create a safe, engaging, and inclusive learning environment
• Build positive relationships with children, families, and team members
• Ensure compliance with relevant legislation, regulations, and centre policies
• Work collaboratively with educators and management to achieve high-quality outcomes
• Supporting the implementation and continuous improvement of the service’s Quality Improvement Plan (QIP) in line with the NQS

Qualification & experience

• Bachelor of Early Childhood or ACECQA‑approved equivalent degree 
• Teacher accreditation with NESA 
• Working with Children Check 
• Strong understanding of the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF) and National Quality Standards (NQS)
• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma, and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)
• Minimum 1 year work experience working as an ECT
