Cribs, Cradles & Crayons is a new Long Day Care service located in Chester Hill, committed to providing high-quality education and care for children aged 0–5 years. We are currently building our foundation team and are seeking passionate Early Childhood Educators who are enthusiastic about creating meaningful learning experiences and making a positive impact in children's lives.

About the Role

We are seeking:

• Certificate III Educators

• Diploma Qualified Educators

• Early Childhood Teachers

• Casual, Part-Time and Full-Time Educators

As an Educator, you will work collaboratively with the team to provide a safe, nurturing and engaging learning environment that supports children's learning, development and wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities

• Build positive and respectful relationships with children, families and colleagues

• Provide high-quality education and care in accordance with the EYLF, National Quality Framework and National Regulations

• Support the planning and implementation of engaging educational programs

• Observe and document children's learning and development

• Maintain a safe, clean and inclusive learning environment

• Supervise and engage children throughout daily routines and experiences

• Work collaboratively as part of a professional and supportive team

• Contribute to continuous improvement and quality practices within the service

About You

To be successful in this role, you will have:

• Certificate III, Diploma or Bachelor qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (or be actively working towards)

• Current NSW Working With Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR, Asthma and Anaphylaxis certificates (or willingness to obtain)

• Strong communication and teamwork skills

• A genuine passion for working with children

• Knowledge of the Early Years Learning Framework and National Quality Framework

• Reliability, professionalism and a positive attitude
