Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and implement educational programs that cater to the individual needs of children.

• Foster a safe, inclusive, and nurturing environment for children to grow and learn.

• Engage in positive interactions with children, encouraging their social, emotional, and cognitive development.

• Have an understanding of compliance requirements and regulations.

• Support the day-to-day operations of the centre, ensuring compliance with regulations and policies.

• Collaborate with families and other educators to ensure each child's needs are met.

• Participate in team meetings, professional development, and contribute to the overall success of the centre

About you:

• Certificate III or Diploma in Early Childhood Education & Care

• NSW Working with Children Check

• Current First Aid, CPR & Child Protection certification or willingness to attain

• Passion for early childhood education with a collaborative and growth mindset

• Foundations of Child Safety Training

• Aware of Child Protection Responsibilities

Availability: Part-Time or Full-Time (minimum 4 days per week)
