Clancy's Fish Pub City Beach is hiring a skilled and motivated FOH Duty Manager/Function Supervisor to join our team. If you're experienced, mature, and thrive under pressure, we want to hear from you. This role requires availability for day, evening, and weekend work.

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE!!

Responsibilities:

- Supervise shifts, manage staff, and ensure smooth operations. Note we are primarily looking for someone available for dinner services 3pm – 11pm.

- Run functions from set up to pack down.

- Train new employees to deliver exceptional customer service.

- Handle till reconciliations, opening/closing procedures, and other administrative duties.

- Ensure compliance with legal statutes, including WHS and Liquor Licensing.

Experience:

- Minimum 4 years' industry experience.

- Experience supervising functions.

- Genuine passion for hospitality and a calm, professional demeanor.

- Ability to build rapport with customers and staff.

- Strong communication skills.

Qualifications:

- Hold current Approved Managers Card.
