Key Responsibilities

• Oversee daily hotel operations and support the Front Office team

• Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure a seamless guest experience

• Welcome and assist VIP guests, ensuring personalised and premium service standards

• Handle guest enquiries and resolve issues in a professional manner

• Coordinate with housekeeping and other departments for smooth operations

About You

• Previous hospitality or customer service experience preferred

• Professional presentation and strong communication skills

• Passion for luxury hospitality and guest experience

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

• Flexible availability, including weekends and public holidays

• Valid Australian Driver’s Licence required
